A valid notice must include: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed; (3) identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough information for us to locate it, such as its URL; (4) your contact information - address, telephone number, and email; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on its behalf.
When we receive a complete and valid notice, Regencly acts expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material identified, and takes reasonable steps to notify the site operator that the material was removed.
If you are the site operator and believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to abuse@regencly.com. A counter-notification must include your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address and telephone number. You must consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, or, if outside the United States, any federal district where the service provider may be found, and agree to accept service of process from the complainant or their agent. Under the statutory counter-notice procedure, we forward a valid counter-notification to the complainant and restore access not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days after receiving it, unless we receive notice that the complainant has filed an action seeking a court order restraining the activity.
Regencly maintains and reasonably implements a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the sites and accounts of those who are repeat infringers.
